Welcome to Tatvify! By signing up for early access or requesting to join our launch list, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Program Eligibility & Scope
The Tatvify waitlist is an invitation program designed to gauge market interest and select initial launch partners. Registering for early access:
- Does not guarantee selection or immediate access to the beta version.
- Does not establish a binding commercial partnership or contract.
- Requires accurate input of details. Applications with invalid contact data or fake social channels will be removed.
2. Communication Consent
By submitting your name, email, and mobile number, you explicitly grant Tatvify permission to contact you with verification codes, priority onboarding invites, platform launch announcements, and marketing details. You can opt-out at any time.
3. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, designs, taglines, layout features, and text elements displayed on the landing page and subsequent early access communications are the exclusive property of tatvify.com and protected by international intellectual property laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
Tatvify is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis during the launching/pre-launch phase. We make no guarantees of launch schedules, feature availability, or uptime and shall not be held liable for any commercial delays or lost opportunities arising from waitlist participation.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any application from our database at our sole discretion, without notice, particularly for applications suspected of violating guidelines, spamming, or submitting fraudulent information.
